A. Warm Up

  1. Basic Stretching and Strength Training.
  2. Stances, Punches, and Kicks.
  3. Forward and Backward Rolls.

B. Form

  1. Shiao-Lin Kai-San (Opening the Front Gate/Door) Form
  2. Shiao-Lin Jou-Ma (Ridding Horse) Form

C. Sparring

90% of fights may end up on the ground, but 100% of them start standing up. Learn to do it all!

  1. Chin-Na (Seizing)
  2. Shuai-Chiao (Wrestling)
  3. San-Shou (Free Sparring)

Sparring can help participants to further understand the implication of the acts they have learned through solo practice. Because they demand a real combative atmosphere and skillful-ness as well as close cooperation, sparring helps practitioners to cultivate bravery, intelligence, agility and cooperation.
