舞蹈一	Chinese Dance I	Age 5 and up	3:30-4:30 pm
舞蹈二	Chinese Dance II	Age 8 and up	3:30-4:30 pm
舞蹈三	Chinese Dance III	Age 11 and up	3:30-4:30 pm

 

 

 

Course Objectives:

 

This class teaches traditional Chinese dance, featuring court and folk dances. Through the medium of dance, the students learn to appreciate the elegance and beauty of Chinese culture. It offers an exposure to the characteristics of Chinese dance forms and dance technique while students study different elements of dance.

 

 

Expectations:

 

Because there are various performance opportunities, students sometimes need to practice different dances to prepare for the upcoming events. The students are expected to keep track of the performance dates and rehearsal schedule. Necessary dancing props are required for each class so that students can work on the dance technique. If you have any questions regarding class placement, please contact the instructors.
