Inclement Weather and Emergency Policy  (Download Word format)

In the event of any severe weather or emergency situation, students and parents are reminded to check the following communication channels for information regarding cancellation of Raleigh Chinese Language School (RCLS) classes:

1. Raleigh Chinese Language School website: http://www.ncrcls.org or Forest Hills Baptist Church website: http://www.foresthills.org.
2. TV stations: WRAL (Channel 5) or NEWS14. Radio stations FM101.5 or AM570 or AM620 are simultaneously broadcasting with these TV stations.
3. If time permit, the school will notify you of the cancellation of the class with e-Mail or phone calls from the parent representative of each class.
4. When you are not able to get the information from any of the above channel, you may call the principal, the vice principal, the dean of student affair or the dean of academic affair.

Note: If the Forest Hills Baptist Church announced on any channel that all of the Saturday activities are cancelled, there will be no class for RCLS on that day.
