Registration for new students:
- Apply for your online RCLS account at our online member site
- Visit our online registration site to fill out your online registration form after getting a confirmation/approval email from our registration staffs.
- Stop by office (201 Dixie Trail, Raleigh, NC 27607) during class hours to pay tuition fee (we accept check and cash) Acceptance is based on space availability
